SPIRIT POLINESIAN COLLINS
• 2 1/2 oz. Spirit of Ecuador
• 3 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 oz. Grenadine
• Lemon juice
• Mineral water
Pour into a tall glass of ice cubes, lemon juice, pineapple juice and Grenadine. Stir well, add Spirit of Ecuador and fill it with mineral water.
