ALMOND CAKE AND CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

For the pie dough:

• 2 eggs • 15 gr of sugar • 25 gr almond crushed • 2 egg whites • 60 gr of sugar • 90 gr flour

For Chocolate cream:

• 300 gr cream • 250 gr semi-sweet chocolate • 40 ml of Spirit of Ecuador.

Cake preparation:

Beat eggs with 15 gr of sugar, add to the mix the crushed almonds and cinnamon, beat the whites on the verge of snow with the sugar, sift the flour, mix the eggs beaten with the egg whites, gradually add flour shaped surround, place into a greased and floured mold, lead to preheated oven at 170 ° for 35 minutes.

Chocolate cream preparation:

Melt the chocolate, heat the cream, mix the chocolate with the cream, finally put Spirit of Ecuador and mix.

Finished of the cake:

Cut almonds cake in two parts, put a chocolate cream layer, refrigerate it for 1 hour, cover the top of the cake with chocolate cream.
