COCONUT FLAN & SPIRIT OF ECUADOR

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs • 1 condensed milk bottle • 2 milk cups • ½ Coconut cup • 10 ml Spirit of Ecuador

For Candy:

• 1 cup of Sugar

Preparation:

Candy: Place the sugar in flan pan over low heat until it turns candy-colored. Leave to cool.

Flan: Blend all ingredients and place in the cold candy. Cook in the oven in bain marie for 50 minutes at 170º
