FLAMBÉ SALMON WITH SPIRIT OF ECUADOR

Ingredients:

• 150 gr of fresh salmon

• 15 ml Spirit of Ecuador

• 20 gr of butter

Preparation:

In a frying pan hot melt the butter Brown salmon and add Spirit of Ecuador until it flambéed and perfume the salmon with its aromas of tropical fruit.

Serve with peak of cock, mango and fried white potatoes.
