PORK RIBS IN SPIRIT OF ECUADOR SAUCE
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of pork ribs • 15 ml of White Vinegar • 300 ml of ketchup • 60 ml of tomato paste • 200 gr brown sugar • 150 ml Spirit of Ecuador • salt • pepper • 100 ml orange juice
Preparation:
Marinate ribs in 100 ml of juice of Orange, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil for two hours min.
Preheat the oven to 220°, bake the ribs on a plate for 1 hour and a half approximately, or until the meat is cooked.
In a pot put the rest of the orange juice and other ingredients and cook until you get a smooth sauce with the aroma of the fruits of Spirit of Ecuador.
Serve with mashed potatoes, spinach and sauteed Zucchini.
