PRAWN SPIRITS
Ingredients:
• 300 gr prawns•20 ml soy sauce • 10 ml grated ginger • 15 ml Spirit of Ecuador •10 gr minced garlic • 10 ml oil.
Preparation:
Peel and devein prawns.
In a saucepan place the prawns with oil, garlic, flambé with ginger and Spirit of Ecuador, add the soy sauce and sesame oil perfume.
Serve with steamed rice quinoa, bok choy, onion, peppers and peanuts to wok.
