TILAPIA IN LEMON SAUCE AND SPIRIT OF ECUADOR
Ingredients:
• 500 gr of fillet of tilapia • 50 gr onion Pearl chopped • 15 gr chopped garlic fine • 50 ml lemon juice • 50 ml Spirit of Ecuador • 300 gr milk cream.
Preparation:
In a frying pan with oil place onion and salt until it is transparent, add the garlic and the tilapia fillets until golden brown.
In the hot pan place the juice of lemon, Spirit of Ecuador and flambé, add the cream of milk, salt, pepper and leave to thicken.
Serve with salad and chips.
