TURKEY OSSOBUCO

Ingredients:

• 1 kg of turkey legs • 500 ml red wine • 200 gr of carrots • 100 gr celery • 200 gr of onion Pearl • 2 liters of chicken Stock • 50 ml of spirit of Ecuador • 20 gr of butter • 20 gr of cornstarch • whole pepper, laurel.

Preparation:
