VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH SPIRIT OF ECUADOR SAUCE

Ingredients:

• 1 brown sugar cup

• 250 gr of cream

• 125 gr of butter

• 20 ml Spirit of Ecuador

Preparation:

Melt the butter over low heat, mix it with sugar and cream, let thicken. Let cool, finally add Spirit of Ecuador.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and chopped almonds.
